In 2013 two sisters decided to not only start up a photography business, they carried on a legacy. Bill “Rocky” Rockafellow had a passion for photography from the time he was a young boy and took it on as a full time hobby during his retirement years. Shannon has continued on with Rocky‘s Legacy Photography. While Kelli is still part of the Legacy but has gone on to pursue other dreams in counseling.
